Boutique Financial Leadership
You built the business. But the books aren't keeping up, your reports don't tell you what you need to know, and you're spending time on accounting instead of running operations.
We fix that.
What We Do
Most firms sell you a piece — a bookkeeper here, a CPA there, a consultant somewhere else. You end up managing three vendors instead of running your business. We take the whole thing off your plate. One senior operator, one relationship, full ownership.
If your CPA only calls at tax time and your bookkeeper can't tell you if last month was profitable — that's where we start. We assess what's broken, design what's needed, build it, and stabilize it.
Ongoing senior financial leadership without the overhead of a full-time hire. From monthly close and financial reporting to cash flow management and strategic planning — an embedded member of your team delivering consistency and accountability.
Budgeting, forecasting, owner compensation analysis, debt strategy, and operational dashboards — all designed to turn financial data into a tool for running the business, not just a compliance obligation.
Preparing your financial house for a sale, capital raise, or first institutional audit. From cleaning up historical financials and implementing GAAP-compliant reporting to building the data room a buyer or investor will expect.
Our Approach
No six-month discovery phase. We find the problems, build the fix, and get out of your way — or stay on as part of the team.
We look at your books, your tools, and your team. Within days, you know exactly what's broken and what it'll take to fix it.
We scope the right-sized solution — not an overbuilt system you don't need, but one that actually fits how you run your business.
The same person you hired does the work. Chart of accounts, reporting, close process, systems — hands on the keyboard, not managing from a slide deck.
We lock in the process and make sure it holds. From here, most clients keep us on — not because they have to, but because having a senior financial partner at the table changes how they run the business.
Who We Serve
If any of this sounds familiar, we should talk.
Your business has outgrown your bookkeeper, but you're not ready to hire a full-time CFO.
You're making decisions based on gut feel because your financials don't give you the full picture.
You have a transaction coming — a sale, a raise, or an audit — and your books aren't ready.
You're spending your time on accounting problems instead of running the business you built.
You're managing a bookkeeper, a CPA firm, and a consultant — and none of them are talking to each other.
We work with small businesses across oil & gas, construction, real estate, family offices, consumer services, and entertainment & leisure — and we're platform-agnostic: QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Xero, Yardi, ServiceTitan, WolfePak, Dynamics GP, and more.
About Omnia
Omnia Advisory is a boutique financial consulting firm that brings over a decade of senior-level leadership to businesses that have outgrown their current infrastructure but aren't ready — or don't need — a full-time senior leader and accounting staff. When you call, Justin picks up the phone. That level of direct access and personal accountability is rare in today's professional services — and it's by design.
Our principal, Justin Hunt, began his career as a CPA at Ernst & Young LLC, and has since served as Chief Accounting Officer of a publicly traded company, CFO of privately owned companies, and finance leader across oil & gas, construction, real estate, and family office operations.
A native Texan, Justin planted roots in Fort Worth with his wife and two kids. When he's not closing the books, the family is usually outdoors — hiking, catching baseball and football games, enjoying live music, or behind the camera pursuing photography. Active in their local church, the Hunts are invested in the Fort Worth community.
Led implementations of enterprise ERP systems and small-to-midsized business accounting platforms
Designed and led close procedures for privately-owned companies requiring PE-level accuracy and reporting
Disciplined in a wide range of accounting frameworks including US GAAP, Cash Basis and Tax
Loyally served our country in the United States Army where he had a distinguished military career as a Paratrooper serving in Long Range Surveillance, bringing home values that define how he operates today: discipline, directness, and a bias toward execution
“Every engagement is led and executed by Justin personally. No associate, no handoff, no phone tree. That is not a staffing constraint — it is the product.”
Our Commitment
Not a receptionist, not a junior associate. One point of contact from start to finish.
No ambiguity about what's broken or what it takes to fix it. You'll know exactly where you stand.
Monthly reporting built for decision-making, not just compliance. Numbers that tell you something useful.
No surprise staffing changes, no rotating associates, no vendor management on your end.
You'll understand what's happening with your money and why. If something's wrong, you'll hear it directly.
Everything we build is documented and repeatable. If we part ways, you keep a working finance function.
Send a question and Justin will get back to you personally — usually within a few hours.
