At Omnia Advisory, we bring over a decade of senior-level financial leadership to businesses that have outgrown their current infrastructure but aren't ready — or don't need — a full-time senior leader and accounting staff.
Our principal, Justin Hunt, began his career as a CPA at Ernst & Young LLC. His resume holds a wide range of professional experience, from publicly traded company Chief Accounting Officer to privately-owned business CFO. Justin focused his career on building out and running finance functions across industries ranging from home services and construction to family office operations and PE-backed portfolio companies. He has led implementations of both enterprise ERP systems and small-to-midsized business accounting systems, closed books on PE-backed companies as the sole senior finance resource, and brought GAAP compliance to organizations that had never had it. Before entering the profession, he served as a paratrooper in the U.S. Army — an experience that shaped how he works: with discipline, directness, and a bias toward getting the job done.
Justin founded Omnia Advisory on a simple premise — that growing businesses deserve the same caliber of financial leadership that large corporations take for granted, without the large-corporation price tag or the consultant carousel. Every engagement is led and executed by Justin personally. That is not a staffing constraint — it is the product.
